Our privacy note

What we collect

When you use our contact or waitlist form, we collect the details you type in: your name, your email, and the project details you choose to share, such as a phone number, the kind of project you have in mind, a budget range, a timeline, and any message about your vision, your land, or your lot. If you leave a field blank, we do not have it. We only ever have what you decide to type.

What we do with it

We use it for one thing: to get in touch with you about your project and about Rise Custom & Design. That is it.

• We never sell your information, and we never rent or trade it.
• There are no advertising trackers or pixels on this site.
• We do not build a profile on you.

Where it lives

This site is hosted on Cloudflare. When you submit the form, your entry is stored in this firm's own private space on Cloudflare and is emailed to the Rise team so we can follow up. It is not shared with any other company or site.

Your controls

It is your information, and you can have it removed whenever you want. Just reply to any email from us, or send us a note through the form, and ask us to delete your details. We will remove them within 7 days. No hoops, no reason needed.

Children

This is a general-audience site for people looking to build or renovate a home. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. Please do not use our forms if you are under 13.

Changes

If we change this note, we will update the date at the bottom. We will not quietly rewrite it behind your back.
